Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort offers family fun and adventure around every corner. With forty-six trails expanding over across two thousand acres, there are plenty of ski trails for skiers and snowboarders of all skill types. The longest run at the mountain is two and a half miles long!  Beginners will enjoy fantastic and easy hills that give them the best opportunity for learning to advance their skills. More advanced and experienced riders will have over thirty hills that challenge and excite them from top to bottom.

The Mountain

Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort offers excellent terrain and few lift lines. With fourteen chair lifts spanning the mountain you will easily make it from bottom to top in very little time. For the more adventurous riders, Sierra-at-Tahoe has six terrain parks to choose from. From small, medium to large parks that offer various degrees of difficulty; beginners and more experienced riders will enjoy the thrill riding on some of the country’s best half-pipes.

Kids Just Want To Have Fun

Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort has themed adventure zones scattered across the mountains at various locations. Kids will enjoy skiing and jumping around rollers and mini banks with lots of themed characters and signage intended on combining education with fun. There is even an adventure and kids themed mountain trail map that they can analyze and participate in. They will have the opportunity to ski the mountain and collect tokens to take home and help them explore.

Blizzard mountain at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort has two snow tubing lanes as well as a sledding area that kids can feel free to explore and take advantage of. Riding up the mountain in a donut-shaped device kids and adults can enjoy a safe and thrilling ride to the bottom. Blizzard Mountain is open from ten in the morning until four in the afternoon so make sure to plan accordingly when planning to spend the afternoon or morning snow tubing.

Off the Mountain

Sierra-at-Tahoe Mountain offers lots of fun and opportunity on the mountain and off. The Apres ski and dining experience are some of the best in the state. With eight restaurants to choose from, families are bound to find something they will enjoy. Adults will get the opportunity to unwind and celebrate the days’ successes and various bars at the mountain. Between local wine tastings, live music, and the pub club it’s hard not to have a good time at the mountain.
